Gemma4 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the gemma4 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and gemma4 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by gemma4, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions in this document.
Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. gemma4 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The gemma4 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access gemma4's full services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. gemma4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable. gemma4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a gemma4 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software or methods to access, scrape, or interfere with platform functions without written authorisation from gemma4.
- Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means, including the use of third-party software.
- Sharing your account with any third party or allowing others to access your account.
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through this platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, freezing of associated funds, and/or legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gemma4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX and TNG eWallet. All deposits are processed within the timeframes set by the respective payment providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance with the applicable withdrawal conditions. gemma4 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding a specified threshold. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days.
Any bonus, credit, or reward credited to an account is subject to the wagering requirements and validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been fully met. gemma4 reserves the right to void any bonus where suspected fraudulent activity or promotion abuse is detected.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Gemma4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. gemma4's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials found on the gemma4 platform are the exclusive property of gemma4 or its respective licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or otherwise use any such content without the express written consent of gemma4.
Third-Party Links
The gemma4 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. gemma4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Such links are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by gemma4 of any third-party products or services.
6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Gemma4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from legal authorities, or at the platform's absolute discretion. Where an account is closed for valid reasons not attributable to user misconduct, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned following a review. Funds associated with suspected unlawful activity may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
Amendments to Terms
Gemma4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or a competent court in accordance with applicable law.
